I'm still juggling these 4 WIPs, but I had a bit of a setback a couple of weeks ago and had to play catch-up. For those of you who don't know, I've suffered from anxiety and depression the majority of my life (anxiety likely my entire life), and I was thrown into a bit of a stressful position about a month ago.
My company began doing layoffs due to everything going on—the state of the economy being the biggest factor. Because of that, I've had a rough few weeks. But I'm trying to keep my head down and focus on what I can do in the meantime, especially when it comes to writing.

Like I mentioned earlier, I've dealt with anxiety and depression a good majority of my life. Mental health is important to me, which is honestly why I write. Most of my main characters deal with mental illness in some way, shape, or form. The first book I published likely hits it the hardest from the perspective of Glacier, my ace male MC, who wrestles with a lot of self-doubt and depression through THE THIRTEENTH KEY & THE VAULT.
